Some of my specialties include working with individuals with a personality disorder, trauma, providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and working with families of those who have a severe mental illness. Along with providing therapeutic services I provide assessment services to help individuals gain a better understanding of their struggles. I use an integrative approach in my care by developing the treatment based on what the client needs. I am a mental health and substance use therapist that has recently joined the team at the Pauquette Center for Psychological Services Family Counseling in the Whitewater office. Some of my experiences include working with people struggling with a variety of life disrupting issues such as substance abuse/addictions, stress, life adjustments, depression, anxiety; and many others. I am an Advanced Practice Social Worker and will be practicing therapy at the Whitewater and Madison Pauquette Center locations, offering both TeleHealth and in-person appointments. I also will be conducting AODA and Domestic Violence assessments at the Portage office location.
