COVID 19:                     Telehealth FAQ

As communities across Wisconsin, the United States, and the globe, are experiencing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Pauquette Center is taking appropriate precautions to keep our clients and our community safe by closing all our locations to the public and implementing telehealth services. Please be aware that we are open and continue to provide mental health and addiction services; however, our locations will be closed to the public. Please be assured that all services are being provided by video conference or phone. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Due to the ongoing medical crisis, our clinician voicemail services have been temporarily turned off. If you need to contact your clinician, please leave a message with reception during normal business hours or send an email to [email protected]. Due to these unusual times, there may be a delay in response, but please be assured we will contact you. If you are calling to schedule an appointment or are a new patient, we can accommodate you during our normal business hours. If this is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911. If you are a patient of the clinic and wish to contact the on-call clinician for a mental health emergency, they can be reached at 608 477 3183.  Thank you for your understanding during this national crisis. We look forward to returning to business as usual once this pandemic has passed.
