Anger Management Coping Skills Group Therapy
Anger Management Classes and Techniques
Our anger management classes and online class may be helpful for you, if you experience anger issues, frustration or irritation that is intense, prolonged, escalates quickly or leads to verbal or physical aggression that interferes with your jobs/career, physical health, and relationships with your partner, children, family, friends and peers,
We will help you identify your anger cues and teach you techniques to regulate your emotions and thoughts, reduce the physical sensations caused by anger, express frustration more effectively, and learn ways to avoid making things worse. The anger management techniques, skills and strategies taught are based on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and solid evidence on the treatment of anger issues.
If you have a history of violence with your spouse/partner, the Pauquette Center offers other more appropriate groups that specialize in learning how to manage thoughts and emotions that lead to domestic violence.
Anger Management Class Online

- Attend consistently and participate in group discussion.

Once we have enough people referred, we will schedule you for a short screening to provide background information and determine if the class group would be a good fit. If you are a good fit, you will be required to complete new client paperwork, and be scheduled for a session to complete an intake and a treatment plan.
