How to Access Your Child’s Appointments in the Client Portal
If your child is a minor, their scheduled appointments will only be visible when logging in through the client’s specific portal access, rather than the parent’s primary account.
Because we use your email address for both you and your child, our system uses a special email trick (adding a +1) so the system recognizes your child as the client, while ensuring all notifications still go directly to your regular inbox.
Here is how to set up and log into your child’s account:

Check your email inbox: Look for a portal invitation email sent from our system for the “client” account.

Identify the correct login: The invitation will be tied to an email address that looks like your-email+1@gmail.com (with the
+1added before the @ sign). -
Create a password: Click the link inside that invitation email to set up a password for this account.
Important Note: For security purposes, this invitation link is only valid for 24 hours.

Go to the portal: Once the password is created, visit our Client Portal: 👉 https://pauquettecenter.ritten.io/

Log in: Make sure you sign in using the email address with the
+1(e.g., your-email+1@gmail.com) and the new password you just created.
Once logged in with the +1 email, you will have full access to view and manage all of your child’s upcoming scheduled appointments!
