Specialty Services

My approach to therapy is fundamentally humanistic and person-centered. I truly believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is the most powerful vehicle for meaningful change. Because of this, my primary goal is to create an environment that fosters the safety and connection needed to pave the way for self-exploration and deep insight. I appreciate the value of humor, warmth, and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship.

In our work together, I balance a compassionate, nonjudgmental style with the direct communication and accountability required for true personal growth. Because every individual is unique, I consider myself an eclectic therapist, tailoring my approach entirely to your specific strengths and goals. I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and polyvagal theory in my work.

I have specialized experience assessing and treating justice-involved individuals utilizing the Risk-Needs-Responsivity model. I have worked in forensic settings treating those with problematic sexual interests as well as individuals struggling with substance use disorders. I take immense joy in helping individuals navigate complex challenges to build prosocial, fulfilling, and deeply meaningful lives.
