Specialty Services

Therapy works best when you feel heard, supported, and met right where you are. As a licensed Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW), I provide individual and couples counseling built on a strength-based, client-centered foundation. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, managing a chronic mental health condition, or working through trauma, my goal is to create a secure space that fosters genuine growth, resilience, and a better quality of life.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and bring extensive experience across Crisis Stabilization, Children’s Long-Term Support, and Comprehensive Community Services.

Areas of Focus

  • Specialized Care: Reproductive Mental Health, with a deep focus on navigating infertility, family planning, and pregnancy loss.

  • Clinical Focus: ADHD, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Life Transitions, and LGBTQ+ advocacy.

  • Therapeutic Approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing.

Beyond the Office When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m usually making music, catching a game, or hosting The MILES Podcast, where I explore the often-unspoken male experience with infertility. I’m also an adventurous home cook who loves experimenting with my smoker—and yes, smoked cheesecake is as good as it sounds.
