Specialty Services
I believe that every individual deserves to thrive, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, ability, socio-economic status, or past choices. Many of life’s challenges are imposed on us through systems outside our control and some we bring on ourselves, because we are all human.
I bring a calm demeanor, understanding stance, and warm humor to my work with adults who are working to navigate those challenges.
My goal is to help clients identify their own strengths and unique wisdom by partnering with them to find the right tools and strategies to make positive changes in their lives. I can provide both support and accountability, with an understanding that growth takes time and perfection is not available to any of us.
I am trained in comprehensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and a variety of mindfulness based interventions. My priority is to tailor therapy to individual needs and have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, grief, trauma, and life transitions.
