Specialty Services
Now and then everyone needs a little help and support to deal with life’s curves and valleys. It takes courage to take the first step in seeking the support and help of a therapist and find someone you can trust and feel comfortable with.
I am passionate about partnering with my clients on their journey to change their lives and find peace, healing, balance, and joy. Working together, we will identify what you want out of therapy, tap into your strengths and values, and find strategies that work for you. My approach is person centered drawing on Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Exposure, Trauma, Behavioral Activation, Schema, Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion therapies.
My experience includes working with survivors of trauma, assault or abuse and people with depression or a psychiatric or personality disorder as well as those dealing with social and other anxiety, OCD, grief/loss, difficult life transitions, chronic or serious illness, a troubled marriage/partner relationship, or work/career challenges.
