I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of clinical experience practicing in rural Southwest Wisconsin.
I am committed to a non-judgmental, receptive approach assisting children, teens and adults navigate life’s many challenges and struggles, attending to their unique perceptions, feelings and beliefs. I strive to promote personal growth and resiliency, while facilitating and supporting a safe and effective change environment. I work collaboratively with the individual utilizing various approaches/techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Parent Management Training.
I am available in-office in Richland Center and also via tele-health for the convenience of those in need of a virtual format.
