Specialty Services
I am an Advanced Practice Social Worker with experience working with individuals across the lifespan, and I’m especially passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and their families. I will be offering both in-person services in Madison and Telehealth services.
I strive to create a compassionate, affirming, and collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is grounded in warmth, empathy, and a belief in each person’s capacity for growth and healing. I have a particular interest in working with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, and body image concerns.
In my work, I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches. I tailor my interventions to each person’s unique needs and strengths, with the goal of helping clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself or your child, I am honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward wellness.
