Specialty Services
I have over 30 years of mental health treatment experience, including specialization in crisis work, trauma recovery, LGBTQIA+ issues, grief and loss, and issues relating to emerging adulthood and older adulthood. My approach to therapy is based in a person-centered approach. I view my role as therapist to collaboratively create a safe, nonjudgmental, accepting space, to allow for the self-exploration necessary to establish meaningful goals and to work toward those goals.
