Hi, I’m Elle (she/her/hers). As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience, I’m dedicated to supporting your mental health and well-being. My practice is rooted in racial and social justice, and I strive to foster equity and inclusion in every aspect of my work.

I offer a compassionate, holistic approach, drawing on trauma-informed, strengths-based, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapies.  I also have a special interest in psychedelic integration, currently expanding my expertise in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). 

I’ve been proud to be part of the Pauquette team for the past 4 years, seeing clients at our Madison and Columbus offices. I am passionate about cultivating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to thrive and reach their goals. I look forward to connecting with and working alongside you.
