Specialty Services
Hello! I go by Elle and my preferred gender pronouns are she/her/hers. I am an Advanced Practice Social Worker with 22 years experience supporting individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness, substance abuse issues, and dual diagnosis in a community based setting. I am a passionate racial and social justice advocate that works towards equity and inclusion in all facets of my life. My therapeutic orientation draws from trauma-informed, client centered, holistic, strengths based, solution focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapy concepts. I believe strongly in creating a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive environment for clients to thrive and to achieve their goals. I have been working with the Pauquette family for the past 2 years as I grow as a therapist and work out of the Madison and Columbus offices. I look forward to working alongside you!
