Specialty Services
I am a licensed therapist that draws upon the unique strengths of each individual as we work together to identify realistic solutions to challenges. You may find that stress and demands of a busy life overwhelm your usual way of coping. Working with a trained therapist such as myself, can identify skills and methods to improve your mood and quality of life. I count it a privilege to assist people with issues that interfere with living to their full capacity and wholeness. I utilize evidence based modalities in my therapeutic approach- often Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-informed, or a variant of this, such as Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT) skills, or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)-“tapping”. EFT is particularly useful in the treatment of trauma, chronic pain, habit disorders and depression or anxiety. Energy psychology techniques are often calming and soothing. These techniques take into account the role that both the mind and body play in your everyday happiness and wellness.
