Specialty Services

My therapeutic approach focuses on deepening your understanding of who you are. We’ll explore your values and experiences to build insight into what you really want from life and what steps will get you closer to it. My work is grounded in attachment theory and relational therapy, which means we’ll pay attention not only to your experiences outside of therapy, but also to what emerges within our relationship. I also draw on the evidence-based skills of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support emotion regulation, effective communication, and balance. Through this process, therapy can become a space for you to find greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and meaningful change.

I believe fulfillment and growth arise from understanding both our past and our present. I particularly enjoy working with concerns related to identity, relationships, and sexuality. I would be honored to collaborate with you on the life you want to live.
