Specialty Services
I am a licensed independent social worker with over 10 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I also have over 5 years experience as a practitioner in complementary health care with a focus on chronic pain, women’s health and mental health concerns. Before coming to Pauquette Center, I was a school social worker. I have a holistic approach to therapy that is compassionate, inclusive and non- judgmental. My intention is to create a welcoming space where people feel accepted and supported to be themselves. We will work together to identify and develop your strengths and support you to achieve your goals. In my therapeutic work, I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, client-centered therapy and psychodynamic approaches.
