I have found that when we fall in love with life, life loves us back beyond our wildest dreams! , My greatest passion and joy is to guide my clients back to their natural state of being IN LOVE with their lives I help my clients, who include teens, adults, and families, to find healthier relationships within themselves and one another.
Throughout my clinical experience, I have learned that no single approach is the right one for every individual, therefore I have obtained skills in a broad range of modalities including Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, among many others. I utilize my theoretical knowledge to find the best match for individuals based upon their own unique characteristics and specific needs.
My educational background includes a MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College in Madison, WI. I have practiced as a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor for over 15 years and have specialized in family and couples counseling.
