Her approach involves even the youngest of clients in learning, growing, and healing through a number of life difficulties. Her clinical background and experience focused on working with children and adolescents who had experienced traumatic events and this is where her passion lies: helping individuals of all ages navigate the aftermath of their life turned upside down.
Brittany’s other passion is supporting parents. Families have had to deal with so much lately. Parenting without a pandemic is challenging enough and with continuous changes, many parents are questioning what to do about (just fill in the blank with anything!)

I have done many years of in-home family therapy. I have also worked with children (that includes teens!), adults, elderly and couples.
I think people do their best thinking while talking, especially talking to someone without an agenda who will reflect back to them, truthfully, what they are hearing. This process allows one to see oneself more clearly, more critically and even more compassionately. And can start a deep growth process. Hearing your own story in the presence of therapist can be helpful. You’ll find you learn interesting new things about yourself. Give it a try and see.
If you are a parent concerned about your child understand that I respect and value your concerns and would like to work in tandem with you. If you are a couple know that I am curious about each persons experience and generally follow Gottman methods.
