Hi, my name is Alex and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor – In Training! I will be providing therapy in person as well as virtually, in our Portage and Whitewater offices, primarily with individuals and couples. I believe that, no matter what point you are at, you have the ability to create change and growth in your current stage of life. You are the expert on your own life and know it better than anyone! Through the therapeutic relationship, I will enter into this space to provide help when needed, while learning more about your worldview. My goal is to help you through all the ups and downs of life, while working to gain further insight into who you are as a person. Through trust and taking risks within the counseling space, we will work together to better understand how to navigate this journey of life. I am very excited to work with you!
