I have made it my vocation to work with people to help them to strengthen, reflect, heal and understand themselves and the world around them better, so that they can achieve the life they desire and deserve. I have additional training in trauma and sexual assault counseling. I am able to incorporate spirituality into our time together, if requested. I will work with you to develop a plan to achieve your goals, whether it is to reduce anxiety, forgive and heal from past trauma, increase feelings of happiness, improve relationships or any other therapeutic goal you may have.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults, both individually and in groups. I work within several different therapeutic modalities to fit the needs of each person. Areas of continued education include Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Substance Abuse.
