Rebecca believes in a wholistic approach to wellness, citing that wellness includes, "a blend of both physical and mental health." Rebecca recognizes that wellness is a delicate balance that requires a multi-faceted approach; being mindful of our habits, actions and choices. That being said, Rebecca is realistic and non-judgmental in her approach, recognizing that life, "isn't always easy." Making healthy choices especially for those whom struggle with mental health issues, such as addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar and schizophrenia can be especially challenging and difficult. Rebecca believes this is where she can help assist in this balance, by incorporating pharmacology for those struggling with mental illness. Rebecca looks forward to meeting you, and helping assist you in wellness and happiness in the thing called "life".
