Pauquette Center Psychologists

Psychologists may provide diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of problems in behavioral, emotional and mental disorders, and treatment for alcohol and other substance abuse, disorders of habit and conduct, and the psychological and behavioral aspects of physical illness, accident or other disabilities. Psychologists are required to have a doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited institution as well as pass a national examination in professional psychology and complete 3000 hours of supervised experience over the course of three years before they may receive their licenses from the state of Wisconsin. Psychologists must complete at least 40 hours of continuing education every two years to maintain their licenses.
